Link Your Phone to Microsoft Teams: SMS Integration Guide
Linking your phone to Microsoft Teams lets you send and receive text messages straight from your computer so you do not need to switch between devices. This setup brings your text chats, missed calls, and voicemails directly into the Teams Chat section for easier access during your workday.
You need a Microsoft Teams Premium or specific Microsoft 365 Business license to use this feature.

- Open the Start menu and find Microsoft Teams in your list of apps.
