How to Enable or Disable Link Preview in Outlook on Windows 11
Link preview in Outlook on Windows 11 displays a small image and summary card when you paste a web URL into an email message. Also known as link unfurling, this feature grabs details from a target website so you can see page content before you click. You can turn this setting on or off in your Mail settings menu to control how web links look in outgoing and incoming messages.
Open Outlook, click the gear icon for Settings, then go to Mail Compose and reply. Check or uncheck “Preview links in email” to enable or disable the feature.
