How to Export Your Mailbox in Outlook for Windows 11
Exporting your mailbox in Outlook for Windows 11 creates a copy of all your emails, calendar items, and contacts.
This process is useful for creating a backup in case of data loss or when moving to a new email service.
Outlook for Windows now includes support for Gmail and Outlook.com accounts, alongside Microsoft 365 work/school accounts.
You can start the export process from the settings pane by clicking “Export mailbox.”

This process takes up to 4 days to get all your ready.

When you click the Export mailbox button, you should see a status message that the export is in progress. Wait for the email from Microsoft to let you know your data is ready.
Click on the link to download the exported mailbox.
