Automatically Sync Events from Email to Outlook Calendar

Do you ever miss a flight or forget a hotel booking because it was buried in your inbox? The new Outlook for Windows app has a built-in feature that scans your emails and automatically adds these important dates to your calendar. It also works with Gmail accounts.

The app supports many features, including subscription management, email forwarding, setting default From address, backing up your mailbox, changing the reading pane, opening a new window for a message, language translations, turning text predictions on or off, switch primary account, sharing a calendar,  changing language, date and time format, public a calendar, show week numbers in Outlook calendar, deleting your search history, and export your search history.

Why use this feature?

Manually typing in every reservation is tedious and prone to human error. By letting Outlook handle this, you save time and ensure your schedule is always up to date. You can also clean up your calendar by choosing which types of notifications you want to see.

What happens when you are done?

Once you finish these steps, Outlook will monitor your incoming mail for specific travel and delivery confirmations. It will then automatically place these events on your calendar so you can see your upcoming plans at a glance.
