How to View Microsoft Account Purchase Order History

Microsoft account purchase order history lets you see everything you’ve bought using your Microsoft account.

This detailed list includes all digital and physical items, from PC games and apps bought on the Microsoft Store to software licenses and subscriptions like Microsoft 365.

You can find purchase records going back as far as 2005. It’s a helpful way to track your spending, confirm any charges, and keep tabs on your digital purchases.

When you look at your history, you’ll see the date you bought something, what you purchased, how much it cost, and the payment method you used.

Steps to View Your Microsoft Account Purchases

There are two ways to check your purchase history. You can use your Windows computer’s Settings app or visit the Microsoft website.

Method 1Using the ⚙️ Windows Settings App

You can check your Microsoft account order history directly from your Windows computer using the Settings app. ⚙️ Open Settings, go to Accounts, and then click on Order history to see your past purchases.

Method 2Using the Microsoft Account Website

Your Microsoft Account order history can be viewed by visiting the Microsoft website. After you sign in, you’ll find a list of everything you’ve bought. This makes it efficient to keep track of your purchases, and you can sort them by item type, like apps or games, or by date. Sign in to your Microsoft Account After signing in, go to the Order history page. On the order history page, you can:

• Use the View dropdown to select the type of purchase. Choose apps, games, or subscriptions.
• Use the Ordered within dropdown to pick a time frame. Try the last 30 days or last 6 months.
