How to See Apps That Used Your Camera in Windows 11

Windows 11 shows you which apps have recently used your camera.

This feature lets you see a list of applications that have accessed your camera, along with the specific date and time they did so. You can view activity from the past 7 days.

How to Check Camera Activity

1. You can check which apps have used your camera in Windows 11 by opening the Settings ⚙️ app. From there, you’ll navigate to the privacy section to see a list of apps that have recently accessed your camera. This helps you understand your privacy settings and control app access.

   

2. In the Settings ⚙️ window, select Privacy & security from the left-hand menu. Then, on the right side, click on Camera under the “App permissions” section.
