How to Unsubscribe from Emails in Outlook on Windows 11
This guide explains how to find and stop unwanted email newsletters using the new Outlook Outlook for Windows app on Windows 11. This app works with Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Gmail accounts.

How to unsubscribe from emails
First, open the new Outlook app on Windows 11.
You can open the app by clicking Start, then All apps, and selecting Outlook. You can also search for “Outlook” in the Start menu search box.
When the app is open, click the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) at the top right corner.
On the Settings page, click the Mail tab on the left. Then, click on Subscriptions on the right side.
If you have more than one email account, choose the one you want to manage from the list. You will need to repeat these steps for each account if you want to clean them all up.
Find the sender you want to stop hearing from on the list. Click the Unsubscribe link next to their name.
Follow any extra prompts on your screen to confirm that you want to unsubscribe.
Note: It can take up to 10 business days for a company to process your request. If you still get emails after that time, you might need to try these steps again or reach out to the sender directly.
If you want to stop all contact from a specific address, click the three dots (options) next to the email and select Block.
