How to Change Font Size in Windows 11 Handwriting Panel

Do you use a Windows 11 tablet or touchscreen? You can write with your finger or pen using the Handwriting Panel. This special panel automatically changes your handwriting into typed text.

1. Open the Registry Editor:
   • Press Windows key + R
   • Type regedit and press Enter
2. Navigate to this folder path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\TabletTip\EmbeddedInkControl
3. If the EmbeddedInkControl folder is missing:
   • Right-click on TabletTip
   • Select New > Key
   • Name it EmbeddedInkControl
4. Inside EmbeddedInkControl, right-click on the right side pane
5. Select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
6. Name this new value HandwritingFontSize
7. Double-click HandwritingFontSize
8. Set the Base to Decimal
9. Enter one of these numbers for your font size:
   • 0 for Small
   • 1 for Medium
   • 2 for Large
10. Click OK
11. Close the Registry Editor
12. Restart your computer to apply the changes
