How to Windows 11 Setup Without Internet Connection

Windows 11 usually forces you to connect to the internet to finish setting up your computer. This is required for the Home and Pro versions, starting with the latest Insider Preview builds. 1. Choose your language, time, and keyboard settings in the Windows Setup window and click Next.

2. Click the Install now button.

3. Enter your product key, or click the link that says “you don’t have a product key” to move forward.

4. Pick the version of Windows 11 you want to install and click Next.

5. Accept the license agreement to continue.

6. Select the installation type. For a fresh start, choose to install a new copy of Windows.

17. Create your password and set up your security questions.

18. Windows will finish the setup and restart. You can now log in with your new local account.
