How to Hide Time and Date in Windows 11 System Tray
This guide shows you how to hide or show the time and date in the Windows 11 system tray. This is the area at the bottom right of your screen.
Why do this?
Some users prefer a cleaner, more minimal look for their desktop. Hiding the clock can help reduce distractions while you work.
What happens when done?
Once you apply these changes, the time and date will disappear from your taskbar. They will still appear if you open your calendar or notification panel.
Note: This feature is currently being tested in the Windows 11 build 23440 and requires enrollment in the Microsoft Insider Preview. If you do not see these options, your version of Windows may not support this yet.
