How to Display Weather in Outlook Calendar on Windows 11

This guide explains how to show local weather forecasts directly in your Outlook calendar on Windows 11.

The new Outlook for Windows brings a modern, simple design to your desktop. It works with Microsoft 365 work or school accounts, Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Gmail accounts.

Step 1: Enable Weather in Calendar

1. Open Outlook on your computer.

2. Click the Settings (gear) icon at the top right of the window.

3. Click Calendar in the left sidebar.

4. Scroll down to the Weather section.

5. Toggle the switch to On to “Show weather on the calendar.”

Step 2: Set the Weather Location

1. In the same Calendar settings menu, look for the Weather section.

2. Click the Location button.

3. Type the name of the city you want to track.

4. Click OK to save.

5. You may be asked to allow location service to access your location. Click Yes to confirm.
