Pin apps to the taskbar
You can pin frequently used apps to the taskbar for quick access. To pin apps, use this step:
From the Start menu, right-click the name of the app you want to pin to the taskbar.
Select More > Pin to the taskbar. If you want to unpin, use the same steps and select Unpin from the taskbar.
If the app is already opened, locate the app’s icon app’s on the taskbar, right-click the button, and select Pin to taskbar.

If you want to change how the taskbar is displayed, right-click any space on the taskbar and then select Taskbar settings.
Change the taskbar location
The taskbar, by default, is located at the bottom of your screen, but you can also move it to either side or the top of the desktop.
To change the taskbar location, right-click any space on the taskbar. Select Taskbar settings > Taskbar location on the screen, then select Left, Top, Right, or Bottom.
Like many other changes in the taskbar, you can change its height and color, rearrange apps, and much more.
The taskbar must be unlocked before you can make any of these changes. When the taskbar is unlocked, you can then make the changes above.
