This guide will help you turn on or off the feature in Windows 11 that lets you see your desktop by clicking the far right corner of the taskbar.

How to Turn This Feature On or Off Using the Registry Editor (Advanced)
If you like, you can also change this setting using the Windows Registry Editor. This method is for users comfortable with making advanced changes. Be careful and follow these steps exactly:
- Open the Registry Editor:
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run box.
- Type
regeditand press Enter.
- Navigate to this folder (key) path:
ComputerHKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced
- On the right side, look for a value named TaskbarSd.
- If you see it, double-click it to open. If not, right-click a blank space, choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, and name it TaskbarSd.
- Set the value data to:

- Click OK and close the Registry Editor.
- Restart your computer to apply the changes.
