You can use Windows desktops and applications in dozens of languages worldwide. Translating into other languages may be incomplete, and some applications may not provide full support, but the list of languages Windows 10 supports is growing.

Changing the display language in Windows allows you to use the operating system in your preferred language. It can be helpful for users who are more comfortable with a language other than English or want to use Windows in their native language.

It can also make navigating and using Windows easier, as the operating system will display menus, dialog boxes, and other components in your chosen language. Additionally, changing the display language can help users who are learning a new language and want to practice using Windows in that language.

Does not work for Windows 10 Home Single Language.
Perhaps, you need to tell the Window’s Image must be in English.
Below are the steps you can safely and easily perform:
    1- Go to https://www.itechtics.com/windows-10-version-1709-language-packs-direct-download-links/
2- Download the language you need
3- Run CMD as admin and execute the below commands:
    A- dism /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:YOURCBFILEPATH
    B- dism /Online /Get-Packages | findstr /c:”LanguagePack”
(The above command will display all the language packages installed on your pc.
C- Locate the language you want to remove from your Windows’ Image
D- Run the command: dism /Online /Remove-Package /PackageName:THE PACKAGE NAME YOU WANT TO REMOVE. (It should start with Microsoft .. and make sure to enter the whole package name).
E- Once removed, dism will ask you if you want to restart. If you still have unneeded packages press N and continue removing the extra language packages you want. When you’re done, press Y to restart.

    This will definitely work.
