This brief tutorial shows students and new users how to uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows 10.
Two types of apps are installed on Windows 10 systems: Desktop and Windows apps.
Windows apps are installed like in traditional versions of Windows, and the desktop is those installed from the Windows store.
When you uninstall Windows apps, they get uninstalled from the entire system. Desktop apps get removed for all users, although they may still be installed in the core systems.
When you install traditional applications like Adobe Reader and others, those are considered Windows apps.
How to Uninstall Desktop Apps
Again, if removed, Windows apps are removed from the entire system. To uninstall or remove a Windows or Desktop app from Windows 10, click on Start and select Settings, as shown in the image below.

Then click System group, as shown in the image below. This will show you a list of other features of Windows 10.

Next, select Apps & features from the list on the left.

And scroll down the list to the apps you wish to uninstall, select them, and click Uninstall.

How to Uninstall Windows Apps
As with previous versions of Windows, users can remove or uninstall Windows apps via Program and Features in the Control Panel.
To access the Control Panel in Windows 10, right-click the Start button and select Control Panel.

Then click Programs (Uninstall a program), as shown in the image below.

Finally, select the program you wish to remove or uninstall and click Uninstall.

Another one that can quickly uninstall desktop apps is to click the Start button, right-click the apps on the desktop, and select Uninstall.

One can use these different methods to uninstall or remove Windows 10 apps.
That’s it! Thanks for reading, and I hope you come back soon.
